'TableMarketDairy started from a humble vision: to deliver real Neapolitan pizza to London. Established by the Romano kin in 1985, our little pizza shop opened as a quaint, familial venture bolstered by recipes passed down from previous generations.
Tony Romano, our pioneer, perfected her pizza craft while exploring Italy, honing her skills with renowned pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was first created. After coming back to the UK, her goal was to replicate the essence of authentic Italian pizza through time-tested techniques and prime ingredients.
From our origins as a cozy venue with just 12 seats, we've expanded to become a cherished fixture in our area. Despite the growth, our dedication to craftsmanship and genuineness endures. We continue to utilize wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and choose the finest produce available.
Now with the Romano clan's second generation at the helm, 'TableMarketDairy' continues as a family-directed venture, upholding a fierce enthusiasm for great pizza. While modernization has touched our operations, the core of our business persists: to forge sumptuous, real pizzas that unite our customers.
